Six of Israel's most popular writers and Israel Most popular singer Shoshana Damari were on the program of the Bat Dor Dance Company when Domy Reiter- Soffer's new work "Shirim" was given it's premiere at the Bat Dor Theatre.
The choreographer had chosen songs by shasha Argov, Matti Caspi, Ehud Maor, Boaz Sharabi, Neomi Shemer and Sara Levi-Tanai to which to six dances for the company and the effect was captivating.
Damari warm voice was enchanting adding to the ambience of the style and Movement. Ending with dreamlike Hora that was quite magical. Conspicuous among the outstanding dancers were Ania Brud, Alexander Alexander, Limor Einat, and Sergei Lukin- not only in their solos, but for their part they played in the remarkable teamwork. The work is essentially Israeli and a beautifully choreographed and constructed. Singer Shoshana Damari was present in the audience and who applauded with enthusiasm and so the rest of the audience.
